Scott Vandover has been an active member of this organization for years, and we’re excited to have these 4 new members on board!

Founded in 1916, the St. Louis Pond of the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose International is a fraternal organization involving those who work directly in the insurance industry and those who support the industry, such as Woodard, as well as accounting firms, law firms, investigative companies, etc. This organization is different from an “association” in that the entire group is built upon socialization and support and raising funds for charities. Members share their career experience and best practices, as well as participate in several fundraising activities.

About the Blue Goose (via bluegoosestl.org)

They are an organization of individuals who work in the insurance related industry.

They are home office executives, field claims reps, auditors, underwriters, general adjusters, agents, brokers, investigators, contractors, regulators, appraisers, salvors, attorneys, engineers, and a host of others.

They meet socially, and not as a part of any insurance or industry group. Our mutual link is the career experience we have in our chosen field.

Their formal name is the Honorable Order of The Blue Goose, International. We have local groups, called Ponds, throughout the United States and Canada.

Every Pond has its own unique blend of members and of activities. There are fund-raisers to generate money for charity. There are dinner-dances, golf outings, and Christmas parties. There are educational seminars, speakers from many backgrounds, and get-togethers with insurance commissioners and industry leaders. There are events involving multiple Ponds.

Please help us in congratulating and thanking these 4 team members for their involvement!
