Woodard Cleaning & Restoration Promotions

As we work toward a company goal of helping 1,000,000 people get back to their lives, Woodard must also be able to provide the St. Louis area with legendary service. In order to best serve our customers and the community, we must continue to grow as a company. Recently, we’ve expanded our business units, resulting in the development of several newly-created positions.  These planned growth opportunities will allow for us to serve our customers better, while expanding our capabilities. Please help us in congratulating the following employees as they transition into their new roles!

Jason Specht has been promoted from Project Construction Manager to Area Construction Manager in our Construction Services Business Unit. Jason has been a part of the Woodard team for one year. Over the course of the last year, Jason has provided legendary service to customers in need of Construction Services. His knowledge, combined with his management skills, will allow Jason to provide our customers with the best experience possible.

James Busby and Micah Garrett have been promoted from Water Technician Associates to Water Crew Chiefs In-Training in our Emergency Services Business Unit. James has been with Woodard for the last 2 years and Micah joined our team less than a year ago. Both show an eagerness to Do What’s Right, Serve Others, and Learn Every Day which are ideal qualities for a Water Crew Chief.

Austin Tate has been promoted from a Water Crew Chief in our Emergency Services Business Unit to an Estimator in our Construction Services Business Unit. With 5 years of experience here at Woodard, we are excited to see Austin transition into his new role, while helping Woodard get 1,000,000 people back to their lives.

Lastly, we have three employees who have transitioned from part-time employees to full-time employees. Bill Draper and Chuck Cunningham are now full-time Water Technicians and Jessica Cook will be working full-time in our ContentCare Center® as a Fire Technician handling our customers’ contents.

As we strive towards our goal of helping 1,000,000 people get back to their lives over the course of the next few years, we will continue to see our company grow, allowing us to take on more in our community. Woodard is dedicated to hiring, training, and developing the most capable employees, and growing leaders in our industry and community.

Congratulations, team!
