Woodard Cleaning & Restoration - Management Promotions October 2016

As you know, Woodard is committed to helping 1,000,000 people get back to their lives over the next few years. As we strive to hit this goal and provide the St. Louis area with Legendary Service, Woodard continues to expand and grow as a company. Therefore, we are excited to announce the promotions for three of our Operations Managers that will allow us to continue upholding our standards and building upon our strong reputation that began 70 years ago.

Marc Rathouz has been promoted from Fire Operations Manager to Director of Emergency Services. Marc has been a Woodard team member since May 2015 and has 25 years of leadership experience. As Director of Emergency Services, Marc will be responsible for our Water and Fire service lines, ensuring that we deliver a high quality product to our customers in the safest and most efficient way possible.

“Marc is a strong leader who has been able to guide crew chiefs into taking more responsibility in the company. He has a great eye for bringing in new team members who have leadership traits, which fits into The Woodard Way.” – Bryan Carter, COO

Scott Ring has been promoted from Rug Operations Manager to Director of Cleaning Services. Scott has a total of 11 years of experience with Woodard and has a strong background in sales as well as in our Rug Care Center operations. As Director of Cleaning Services, Scott will ensure that our Commercial, Residential, and Rug services deliver a consistent, high quality product every time.

“The Director of Cleaning is responsible for a mixture of operations and sales, and Scott has experience in both areas. He has a genuine love for his team and wants to see them succeed and grow as leaders in our company.” – Bryan Carter, COO

Spencer Warren has been promoted from Water Operations Manager to Director of Logistics. Spencer has been with the company since May 2012 and continually demonstrates his understanding of how logistics affects the operations of the company. As Director of Logistics he will be responsible for developing the operational systems that support Woodard’s Cleaning, Emergency Services, and Construction business units.

“Spencer has a mind for puzzles, which makes him a great fit for this position. He has a great understanding of how logistics affect the operations side; as we make changes to the operations of the company, the way we support the company needs to change, too.” – Bryan Carter, COO

Congratulations Marc, Scott, and Spencer!
