In most companies you will find the CEO at the top of the organizational chart, followed by the managerial staff, and employees. At Woodard Cleaning & Restoration, we look at it differently. The most important people in our company are our customers, followed by our employees. So customers are at the top of our organizational chart, followed by our employees, who act as the "face" of Woodard. The managerial staff and executive staff are last on the organizational chart. They are responsible for empowering our employees to do exceptional work for our customers.
