Training is a critical factor in the professional growth and knowledge of Woodard's staff.
Accordingly, we offer close to 20 in-house courses, and we bring in outside experts from key trade associations to train and certify our staff in 20 other subjects, from certified restoration technician, to applied odor control, to applied microbial remediation, and many other certifications. At last count, our staff held nearly 300 professional cleaning and restoration accreditations, so you can be assured that all of our technicians are well trained.
In the restoration industry, the top accreditation anyone can earn is called "Certified Restorer" - and there are only about 400 people with this level of knowledge worldwide. One of these individuals is in charge of our restoration division (Scott VanDover). Woodard continues to make a bold commitment to staff training, and has dedicated significant resources to this objective. The result is that Woodard employees are well known for their level of expertise, and our customers respect us for the knowledge we have. This helps to set us apart from other companies serving the industry.
