This course explores the application of high ethical and moral standings in a business setting.  Ranging from product safety and bidding/acquisition processes, to the civil liberties of employees and their obligations to their employers, business ethics and morals are a key component to the core values of every organization.  Real life case studies will be used to help frame the discussion in an up-to-date manner, with pros/cons of ethical behavior being explored.  This course promotes making sound business decisions in a manner that is good for all involved parties, while developing/maintaining a positive image for the insurance and real estate professions.

This course is designed to provide participants with a solid foundation of basic carpet cleaning skills.  Topics will include identification of face fibers, types of backing available for carpet, fiber dyeing methods, and the safest cleaning methods. You will learn the best way to treat common spots and the do’s and don’ts associated with carpet care. 

Mold: Recognition and Remediation – MO Insurance, IL Insurance #19757, MO Real Estate #1720007064

Missouri Insurance professionals will receive 2 credits. Illinois Insurance and  Missouri Real Estate professionals will receive 3 credits for this class.

This course will cover basic mold remediation techniques.  In today’s society, thanks to the use of the internet, there is a heightened awareness to indoor air quality and mold.  In this course you will learn how mold forms and grows.  You will also learn about the different types of mold and the potential health hazards related to them. 

Mitigating the Loss:  Water Damage - MO Insurance, MO Real Estate #1720007063

Missouri Insurance professionals will receive 2 credits and Missouri Real Estate professionals will receive 3 credits for this class.

Participants will learn how to mitigate the damage caused by water, as well as the causes and effects of water damage.  There will be a live demonstration of water damage and how to “clean it up.”  This course will show the advantages of a timely and knowledgeable response to water damage and the difference between restoring and replacing items.
