Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if I get water in my basement?

Remove standing water with a wet vac if you have one, or towels and a mop if you don't. Ventilate the wet areas. Turn on your air conditioning to accelerate drying in the summer and alternate cycles of opened windows and heating in the winter (these tactics help remove humidity).

Call Woodard as soon as possible. Our emergency response crews are available 24/7. Woodard's trained water restoration crews have the experience and equipment needed to get in hard to reach places, like behind walls and under carpet. If left unchecked, potential microbial growth can occur in just a few days.
