• Our rug cleaning specialists will inspect each rug thoroughly and provide you with realistic cleaning expectations and any other recommendations.
• We analyze the face and backing materials to determine any cleaning risks.
• We thoroughly vacuum your rug to remove dry soil.
• We pre-treat each rug to help remove spots and stubborn stains.
• Hand cleaning ensures the best possible results on your rug's fringe.
• We then determine the safest cleaning method for your rug:
  • Moore Cleaning System - Our Moore Cleaning System is the only one of its kind within 300 miles of St. Louis, providing the most thorough cleaning possible. As your rug is cleaned, it is sprayed with mild high-foaming detergent and gently scrubbed with thousands of soft bristles to loosen soil. Your rug is then completely rinsed with all excess water removed before it is taken to our drying room.
  • Dry Cleaning - Rugs that have a high chance of color run are brought to a special area for a careful dry-cleaning.
  • Tack-Out - Rugs that may shrink or lose their shape are taken to this treatment center. These rugs are tacked down on a special floor, cleaned and dried in place. This minimizes the risk of misshaping a rug.
• Topical treatments are applied if requested (we offer ScotchGard^SM protectant, deodorization, and anti-moth treatments).
• The rug is groomed for a uniform appearance, then sent to our temperature and humidity-controlled drying room, where it dries quickly and safely.
• After a thorough drying, each rug goes through a final inspection to determine if it meets our high standard of cleaning, if for any reason we are not pleased with the results, we repeat the cleaning processes until we are sure you will be completely satisfied.
• Rugs are then rolled and tied with a reusable twine (or wrapped in brown paper, if requested).
